And please extend my good wishes on to Doug and Sue. I have been reading your report with interest and with a tinge of envy — as you have probably heard my wife and I have been involved in accidents. My wife Sue and I went ten pin bowling on Thursday 23rd Sept, where she fell and hit her head on a steel frame that should not have been in where we were bowling, resulting a deep laceration requiring stitches, and now on going treatment for nerve damage. On the 26th September while riding my motorcycle, I smashed into a guard rail on the Putty Road near Wilberforce suffering a foot injury. ( Deep laceration resulting tendons being rejoined, and bone graft) The cause of accident was due to a vertigo resulting in momentarily loss of concentration. Prognosis is, that I'll have to have this vertigo problem addressed before thinking of riding again, and I'll be hopping around on crutches for indefinite time frame, and unable to drive. I'll continue to follow the web site with envy, and please extend my good wishes on to the Tuesday's group. Regards Tony H |
